Luxurious Apartments Are A Breath Of Fresh Air

INHABITANTS of The Old Bank House, a Grade 2 listed building in the town of Coleshill, will breathe easily with the help of airfresh, maxit’s revolutionary light-activated air-freshening plaster.

The eighteenth century building has recently undergone an impressive conversion into high specification apartments, with the design team making every effort to preserve the original Georgian features, at the same time as bringing the building into the twenty first century with a selection of modern touches.

airfresh was one of the innovative ideas chosen for the project by contractors Simon Farrell and Luke Campbell of Renovate It. Luke, explains why;

“As a company, we strive to offer our clients something different and as a result are constantly on the look out for new and innovative ideas. We have applied airfresh in the communal parts of the building, where everyday odours build up, as its amazing properties enable it to eliminate pollutants and airborne odours – simply by reacting with natural or artificial daylight.”

Using photocatlytic technology, maxit airfresh reduces volatile organic compounds, airborne pollutants and odours, converting them into harmless components, substantially improving air quality and promoting good health.

Based on gypsum, airfresh is not harmful and can be applied safely and easily to most internal walls. Its air purification properties will not deteriorate with age, and it will be more effective as it is exposed to better quality light.

Specified here in a white, stippled finish, in order to complement the period design of The Old Bank Houses’ interior, airfresh is also available in a rilled finish and can be coated in a special paint. Available in a choice of 99 colours, the paint does not reduce the effectiveness of airfresh.
